STEPS
1.Download Citra Latest Night Build from here - DOWNLOAD
2.Install Citra
3.Download Pokemon Ultra Moon ROM from here - DOWNLOAD
4.After downloading the RAR file,extract using winrar then you will get a 3DS file.
5.Go to citra directory \Citra\nightly-mingw\ then open citra-qt.exe
6.Navigate to File-Load file-select your ROM-Open
7.Play your game at 60 FPS as tested on
