 Lets start from the basics.Citra is a free and developing 3ds emulating software and was able to run some homebrew games but with the nightly built update it is now able to emulate most games including Pokemon X and Y but with lags  even on a PC with GTX 1080. 

 (PLEASE NOTE We have ads in our link, all you have to do is skip the ads. Ads doesnt mean links are defective or virus. We have 100% working Roms and saves files. We have ads so that we can earn and keep providing you useful contents)


STEPS
To run 3ds roms you need a decrypted Rom or a rebuilt rom to run in citra which can be obtained by editing the original Rom with a 3ds or 2ds in hands but i know most of you dont have DS so I had a ready-built Rom for dowload in Google drive link below. 

Today i will be showing you how you can run only Pokemon X in your PC with playable framrates.Check out the video to look at the fps it is gonna run.

Make sure your PC has following requirements or Citra is not gonna run at all!
CPU - Intel Pentium Dual Core
RAM - 2 GB
GPU - 512 MB GPU with SHADER 3.3 AND DX10
HDD - 2 GB for game AND 50 MB for citra

Steps to Install

1.Download Citra Cro Built from here. The original website Citra wont work for Pokemon.

2.Download Pokemon X Descrypted Rom from here 

3.Copy & Paste Pokemon X inside Citra folder

4.Now in Citra folder you have to open the application named citra-qt-vc.exe

5.Select the Icon of Pokemon X

6.Enjoyy! And if there is blackscreen issue at startup keep pressing Key "A".

    its not playable as u said it was. it took around 5 min to get to the start screen.
    i have 8gb ram GeForce GTX 760 GPU

      Its pretty easy to fix if you are playing on pc!
      All you need to do is go into emulate, press configurate, then go to the graphic tab, and you can mess with the graphics to find the perfect settings for you!

    My pc run on 64bit, and it pop up with the message that this might not be a version compatible with it.Have you got another version for 64bit processor?

    hi. i recently started playing pokemon moon downloaded from your site and is working fine. But i.m unable to play pokemon x. i reach till the stage where professor sycamore invites me to the world of pokemon and then game freezes. i tried a save file bypassing this step and got stuck in the mirror scene. then got another save file past this step and the game freezes after selecting starter pokemon. please help me. would really like to play pokemon x/y on my pc.

    Hey, i have a problem... the game freezes to a white screen when i choose my heroe, the professor drives me to a door, and then, white screen...
    And the musics doesn't work, the other sounds does.
    Moreover the FPS are quite low, nearly unplayable.

    It just freezes on the white screen after the intro. Apparently it's listed on Citra's website as incompatible as well. How are people getting it to work? Tried both the Citra Cro build listed above, as well as latest Citra Nightly build. Same problem in both.
